迎接建國百年擎天廳續開放參訪

For the purpose of receiving ROC's centennial celebration, Kinmen Defense Command agreed to open Taiwu Mountain's Qingtian Hall (擎天廳) and Mingde Park (明德公園) to the public in accordance with local tourism development and to enhance citizens' national defense education. The related applications will be accepted starting from January 1st, 2011. People and groups who are interested in visiting these places can make an appointment with the county government's Transportation and Tourism Bureau, and Kinmen's Travel Agent Association in advance. Presently, visitors are restricted to ROC nationals only, not including mainland Chinese.
　 為迎接中華民國建國百年，配合地方發展觀光，推展全民國防教育，金防部同意將繼續開放太武山區擎天廳、明德公園，並自2011年1月1日起受理申請。欲參訪的民眾和團體，可向縣府交通旅遊局和金門縣旅行商業同業公會事先預約。參訪對象以本國國民為主，暫不含大陸籍人士。

Those whose applications are approved can visit the hall and park in the following periods: every Tuesday and Thursday morning, and every Saturday morning and afternoon. Each period would allow three groups. Also, for each group, four vehicles will be allowed to enter and visit. Individuals who visit Kinmen, and local Kinmenese should take the county government's shuttle bus, and enter and exit as a group. Everyone visiting these places should bring his or her identification card or other documents that could prove their identity. If the number of individuals visiting fails to reach five on a particular day, the transit bus would be cancelled for that day.
　 受理申請參訪梯次包括：每週二、四上午，及週六上、下午，各有3個梯次受理申請，每梯次最多以四輛車進入參訪為原則。個人來金門觀光及本縣民眾，應搭乘縣府接駁公車，團進團出。參訪時應攜帶個人身分證或其他證明文件以核對身分。若個人參訪申請人數未達5位時，將取消該日接駁公車行駛。

Those who would like to apply for visits as individuals should make an appointment with the county government seven to fourteen days prior to the scheduled visiting date through faxing; email; post mail; applications submitted at the county government's counter; or by phone application (the county government's personnel will help to fill in the application form for the applicants).
