Position Description
President Supervises the overall operations of the newspaper.
Editor-in-Chief Acts under the direction of the President, responsible for news reporting, editing, layout design, printing, and distribution; assists with overall operations of the newspaper.
Editorial Department
  1. Divided into Editing, Reporting, Proofreading, Layout, and IT teams.
  2. Responsible for news reporting, editing, computerized layout design, proofreading, and newspaper print supervision.
Management Department
  1. Divided into Advertising, Procurement, Business, Administration, Distribution, and Warehouse Management teams.
  2. Manages distribution, advertising, material procurement, general affairs, maintenance, utility supply, warehouse management, documentation, cash management, transportation, labor insurance, welfare programs, and comprehensive external business operations.
Printing Factory
  1. Divided into Plate Making, Printing, and Processing teams.
  2. Responsible for paper design and technical improvement, computerized typesetting, plate making, printing, processing, binding, and quality control.
Accounting Office Acts under the direction of the President, subject to the supervision of the higher accounting authority, and handles revenue, accounting, and statistical work in accordance with the law.
Personnel Administrator Acts under the direction of the President, subject to the supervision of the higher personnel authority, and handles personnel management in accordance with the law.
