CNY Art and Cultural Events Receives Over 90% Visitor Satisfaction Rate

春節藝文活動滿意度逾九成

The County government launched an evaluation survey for the 2011 Art and Cultural Events held in Kinmen during Chinese New Year with results showing 92.8% of the visitors giving positive feedback. In addition, based on the opinions of the respondents, the survey results can also be summarized into three key suggestions:
  縣府針對2011年金門縣春節藝文活動所做的滿意度調查結果出爐,實際參與的民眾或遊客當中,有百分之九十二點八對活動給予正面評價。此外,該項調查也綜合遊客的反應,對縣府提出三項建議:

1. Event Promotions. Most visitors thought that due to the lack of promotion, many people were unaware of the Art and Cultural Events. Therefore, more effort should be put into the promotion of cultural events to attract more tourists.
(一)宣傳行銷:受訪者對春節藝文活動的普遍認為宣傳不足,建議應該加強宣傳,吸引更多遊客參與。

2. Event Programs. Many respondents had hoped to see more traditional celebration events organized by the government to add to the festivities (1) during the Chinese New Year holiday. Also, many felt that the government should be more creative and incorporate more diverse elements into the planning of the events to raise the standard of quality for each event, and to avoid the same design.
(二)活動內容:受訪者認為,縣府應該多舉辦一些具民俗氣氛的活動,以增加年節熱鬧氣氛。受訪者也建議,舉辦活動要有新創意,活動要多元化,精緻度要提升,避免每年都舉辦同樣活動。

3. Support Facility and Services. Respondents suggested that the government should aim for a better English guide service, improved Transfer Shuttle service, additional toilet facilities and parking spaces, and a solid environmental management system.
(三)設施服務:參與者建議縣府英加強解說服務品質,加強英文解說,加強交通接駁規劃,改善廁所不足、停車位不足、環境清潔維護等問題。
