金門高峰論壇縣長縣政報告

On August 1st, the National Kinmen Institute of Technology will be upgraded to National Quemoy University (NQU). Subsequently, the NQU held the Third Kinmen Summit (1) on July 31st inviting numerous guests from different fields to strategically map out together the future of Kinmen.
國立金門技術學院即將在8月1日揭牌，升格為國立大學，該校7月31日特別舉辦「第三屆金門高峰論壇」邀集各界共同為金門擘劃未來。

County Magistrate Li, Wo-Shi was invited to report his county governance at the summit. Magistrate Li emphasized that his core policy is to "further develop Kinmen and benefit its townspeople", which hopefully develop Kinmen into becoming a "highly profitable," "highly secure island," and "rich in environmental quality" to further promote a high-quality life for the townspeople with an environment adequate in "medical care, employment, education and healthy living".
　 縣長李沃士應邀在會中提出縣政報告，強調以「建設金門，福利鄉親」為施政主軸，冀望將金門建設成「收入高所得」、「環境高品質」與「生命高保障」的幸福島嶼，讓縣民得到優質「就醫、就業、就學、就養」的高品質生活環境。
