影視大亨擬投資 縣長表歡迎

Taiwan's movie tycoon (1) Xu, An-Jin (許安進), and Lin, Ray-Yang (林瑞陽), chairman of Sunrise Real Estate Group Inc. based in the United States, traveled to Kinmen for an inspection to estimate the investment possibility developing an amusement park. The Kinmen County Government specifically designed an investment presentation and briefing for these special guests who were warmly received by Magistrate Li, Wo-Shi.
影視大亨許安進、美國旭升房地產集團主席林瑞陽等一行，12日來到金門考察，評估投資開發「影視城」的可行性。金門縣政府特別安排招商簡報，並由縣長李沃士親自接待。

According to the preliminary plans of Xu, An-Jin and Lin, Ray-Yang, an amusement park that combines both sightseeing features and amusement activities, could be constructed at an estimated investment of 1.5 billion NT.
根據許安進、林瑞陽等人的初步構想，可能在金門開發二十公頃，打造兼具觀光與娛樂功能的「影視城」，估計投資額達新台幣十五億元。

Magistrate Li, Wo-Shi eagerly welcomes any available investments, and emphasizes the support of the mini-three-links from central authority. Li estimates the passengers traveling to China by mini-three-links this year to be over 1.5 million, with the establishment of duty-free shops at the end of this year.　
縣長李沃士非常歡迎各界來金門投資，並強調中央對小三通政策的支持，預估今年經由小三通往返兩岸的旅客將超過一百五十萬人次，免稅精品店也將在年底設立。

●1. tycoon-(n)（企業界的）大亨。根據《最新通俗美語辭典》（香港中文大學出版，2004）的解釋，此一「舶來詞彙」源於中文的「大君」，傳至日本成為幕府時代的「將軍」，再輾轉傳至美國，且通用的解釋指的是有錢有勢的企業家。
