陳滄江在金門縣議會插下首面綠旗

DPP's Chen, Cang-Jiang filled the vacancy of Kinmen County Councilman and was sworn (1) in on March 1st. Because he is the first councilman that has been nominated by the DPP and elected, DPP secretary Su, Jia-Quan represented Chairman Cai, Ying-Wen to make a special visit to congratulate Chen.
　 民主進步黨籍的陳滄江，遞補成為金門縣議員，1日宣誓就職。由於他是首位民進黨提名參選且當選的金門縣議員，民進黨秘書長蘇嘉全代表黨主席蔡英文專程來金向陳滄江道賀。

Chen became the 5th-term councilman in the First Constituency (2) after ex-councilman Hong, Yun-Dian's involvement in bribery during the previous election, with the court adjudging his election result as illegitimate. During a visit to congratulate Chen, DPP secretary Su, Jia-Quan mentioned the major issues in the year-end legislative election in an interview with the media. Su stated that the DPP would like to find some local talent in Kinmen to represent the DPP in the election, who, once elected, can seek more benefits for Kinmenese. Regarding the possibility of nominating a Kinmense non-discriminatory constituency legislator, Su did mention that such an option is also being considered.
陳滄江是因為第五屆第一選舉區縣議員洪允典賄選遭法院判決當選無效定讞遭解職，由中央選舉委員會公告遞補當選縣議員。來金祝賀的民進黨秘書長蘇嘉全在接受媒體訪問時提及年底立委選舉議題。蘇嘉全表示，民進黨希望找到金門在地的優秀人才，代表民進黨參選，到國會為金門爭取更多福利。至於是否可能提金門籍的不分區立法委員，蘇嘉全說，這也是考量的方向之一。
