峰上海污調查環境恢復正常

In January of this year, the cargo ship, "Zhe-Dong-Ji No. 156" from mainland China, ran aground (1) in Kinmen waters, spilling 10 tons of light diesel (2) fuel and 480 tons of styrene (3) plastic materials. After ten months, the overall marine environmental quality has returned to normal.
今年一月十七日，中國大陸的「浙洞機156號」貨船在金門峰上海域觸礁，造成十噸輕柴油及四百八十噸苯乙烯塑膠原料外洩；歷經十個多月，整體海域環境品質已恢復正常。

After the incident of the "Zhe-Dong-Ji No. 156", Kinmen County government instructed the Kinmen County Fisheries Research Institute to entrust (4) the National Kaohsiung Marine University (NKMU) in conducting the maritime ecological pollution investigation in Fengshang waters.
　 「浙洞機156號」事件發生之後，金門縣政府責成金門縣水產試驗所委託國立高雄海洋科技大學進行峰上海污海域生態環境調查。

On the 25th , the Fisheries Research Institute held a briefing at Lianan Villege Office, where Professor Huang, Chun-Lan (黃春蘭), from the NKMU presented the result of the "Fengshang Marintime Ecological Pollution Investigation Report."
　 水產試驗所25日在金湖鎮蓮庵里辦事處召開說明會，由高雄海洋科技大學教授黃春蘭進行「峰上海污海域生態環境調查報告」。
According to Huang, Chun-Lan's explanation, the NKMU set more than a dozen measurement points in Kinmen waters, sampling four times from these points during April, June, August, and October. Based on the inspection results, Huang, Chun-Lan believes that the overall environmental quality of the Fengshang waters has returned to its normal state.

根據黃春蘭的說明，高雄海科大在金門海域找了十多個測點（含峰上），分別在四月、六月、八月、十月做了四次採樣。總結檢測結果，黃春蘭認為：峰上海域整體環境品質已恢復正常。
