小三通自動查驗通關系統即起試行

The automatic pilot (1) system of inspection and clearance at Kinmen's Shuitou Port is ready to launch its trial run on March 24th. The National Immigration Agency (NIA) announced at a press conference on the 23rd that from March 24th to 29th, the first trial run would be provided to the residents of Kinmen. After March 29th, the system will allow access for all ROC nationals traveling via Mini-Three-Links, providing convenient, faster inspection service for those traveling in and out of the country, thus making passage through the Mini-Three-Links as easy as taking the MRT.
金門水頭商港自動查驗通關系統即將展開試營運，移民署23日舉行記者會，宣布從3月24日至3月29日先提供予金門民眾試行，3月29日後將提供所有通行小三通之國人使用，提供旅客更便捷、快速的入出國查驗通關服務，讓國人小三通證照查驗就像搭捷運一樣方便。

Accompanied by Senior Executive Officer, Chen, Xiang-Lin (陳祥麟), the Deputy Director-General of the NIA, He, Rong-Cun (何榮村) traveled purposely to the Shuitou Port to test the new automated system of inspection and clearance. He also announced that, starting from the 29th, people over 14 years of age and 140 cm, have no disciplinary (2) restrictions to travel out of the country, and those who have applied and registered in advanced, will be allowed to automatically check through the clearance system while traveling via Mini-Three-Links, enjoying the quick and convenient self-help service. Similar services can be seen in the United States, Australia, Japan, Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong.
移民署副署長何榮村23日在移民署專門委員陳祥麟陪同下，到水頭港區測試這個新的自動查驗通關系統，並宣布將從29日正式啟用，國人年滿14歲、身高140公分以上，未受禁止出國處分者，只要事先申請註冊，循小三通入、出境時均可透過這個自動查驗通關系統，自助、快速、便捷通關。目前美國、澳洲、日本、韓國、新加坡、香港等也都有類似的自動查驗通關服務。
