今年迎城隍好玩嗎?逾七成民眾滿意

The City God welcoming event on April 12th is a major event of this county. Kinmen County Government commissioned National Quemoy University to conduct a satisfaction survey, for which participants (tourists and locals) of the event were randomly selected, so that it could better plan future events. A total of 1,200 questionnaires (1) were sent out and 1,122 valid questionnaires were collected. Survey items included: sample design and sample drawing, overall performance satisfaction, willingness to recommend this event to others, and willingness to attend this event again. Survey results are as follows:
今年412迎城隍活動,屬本縣重大活動之一,為了日後辦理活動決策參考之需,縣府特委託國立金門大學執行迎城隍活動滿意度調查,隨機於各地抽樣參與農曆4月12日當天之民眾(觀光客及本地鄉親)來進行調查。使縣府能更了解本地鄉親及觀光客對於迎城隍整體活動規劃的滿意度,總共發出1,200份問卷,回收1,122份有效問卷。調查項目有:抽樣設計與樣本抽取、整體表現滿意度、推薦意願、再次參與意願,其中調查結果:

The Transportation and Tourism Bureau, Kinmen County Government, indicated that the survey targeted participants of the City God Welcoming Event on April 12th. Convenience sampling was adopted considering that the survey was conducted after the event, in which questionnaires were sent to participants at the age of 12 or above. Calculating based on the population structure with a 95% level of confidence and sampling error of ± 4.16 %, a total of 1,200 questionnaires were sent out and 1,122 valid questionnaires were collected, a return rate of 93.5%.
縣府交旅局表示;本調查針對4月12日有參與迎城隍活動之民眾,因本調查屬於事後調查,故採便利抽樣,針對當日有參與活動並滿12歲的民眾進行問卷施測。樣本抽取在抽樣母體結構的推算,在95%的信心水準下,抽樣誤差百分之±4.16,總共發出1200份問卷,回收1122份有效問卷,回收率為93.5%。

Participants' satisfaction of the overall performance of the 2011 Kinmen City God Welcoming Event is as follows: 28.4% were "Very satisfied" and 46.5% were "Satisfied," 74.9% of all participants were either "Very satisfied" or "Satisfied"; 20.9% thought it was "Average"; 2.9% were "Dissatisfied" and 1.2% were "Very dissatisfied," 4.1% of all participants were either "Dissatisfied" or "Very dissatisfied"; the mean of overall performance satisfaction was 3.98.

Participants' willingness to recommend the 2011 Kinmen City God Welcoming Event is as follows: 33.8% were "Very willing" and 50.3% were "Willing," 84.1% of all participants were either "Very willing" or "Willing"; 13.9% selected "Average"; 2.0% were "Unwilling" and 0.1% were "Very unwilling," 2.1% of all participants were either "Unwilling" or "Very unwilling"; the mean of willingness to recommend this event was 4.16.

Participants' willingness to attend the Kinmen City God Welcoming Event again is as follows: 33.6% were "Very willing" and 49.2% were "Willing," 82.8% of all participants were either "Very willing" or "Willing"; 14.8% selected "Average"; 2.3% were "Unwilling" and 0.1% were "Very unwilling," 2.4% of all participants were either "Unwilling" or "Very unwilling"; the mean of willingness to attend this event again was 4.14. Survey results show that tourists and locals all responded well to the City God Welcoming Event, including overall performance satisfaction, willingness to recommend the event and willingness to attend the event again, and can be used as a basis for the county government to plan future events. Besides the satisfaction survey results, this event also attracted 2,995 tourists to Kinmen. Reports on the event include 11 articles in print media (newspaper, magazine), 8 TV news reports, 33 days of news flashes and online propaganda. The county government hopes that the event will drive regional industrial and economic development and increase income.
調查結果顯示,參與本次迎城隍活動的鄉親及觀光客對於活動整體表現滿意度、推薦活動意願及再次參與活動意願均有良好的評價,此調查結果可作為縣府日後籌辦活動之依據與方向。本次活動除滿意度調查之結果外,尚有招攬觀光客來金旅遊計2995人次。媒體露出有平面媒體(報紙、雜誌)11篇、電視媒體8則、電視快訊33天及網路宣傳等活動宣傳報導,希望能藉由舉辦活動來帶動地區產業經濟,增加收益。
