金門副縣長吳友欽宣誓就職

New Kinmen County vice Mayor Wu, Yo- Chin has already officially inaugurated with the county mayor solemnizing this ceremony. This ceremony attendance included all county government department chief executives, superior officers from competent authority, all school principals. County Mayor Li addressed in this ceremony. He does appreciate for vice mayor's morale and excellent working experience. Mr. Wu is definitely "Mr. Right" for vice mayor. County mayor also wishes the county administration can be fulfilled more efficiently.
　 新任金門縣副縣長吳友欽昨在縣長李沃士監誓和縣府各局室主管、府外各機關主官、及各校校長的觀禮見證下，宣誓就職正式走馬上任，李沃士在致詞時力薦吳友欽的品德、為人處事與工作表現都相當傑出，所以邀請吳友欽來出任副縣長一職，讓他有「深慶得人」感受，李縣長也期許縣政的工作在吳友欽加入後，可以推動的更順利。

The inauguration for vice county mayor was held at 9 o'clock in yesterday morning in the press brief lobby of county government. The vice mayor has officially inaugurated after reading the employment honor statement in this ceremony solemnized by the county mayor. 　 金門縣副縣長宣誓就職典禮，昨日上午九時起在縣政府多媒體簡報室舉行，新任副縣長吳友欽在縣長李沃士親自宣讀佈達任命令和監誓下，宣誓就職，正式走馬上任。在場觀禮的有縣議會議長王再生、議員蔡水游、周子傑、金門縣政府主任秘書盧志輝和各局室主管、機關、學校首長、鄉鎮長等，此外，吳友欽的父親、夫人及親朋好友也都特別出席典禮。

County mayor addressed that vice mayor has been working in the education and social welfare in Kaohsiung for many years. He has ever won the award "Excellence Educator". He has enhanced working efficiency and fulfilled new policies for every school where he ever worked for. He is very famous and respectful for his education achievement. Mayor Li also said that the greatest pride for Kinmen is the culture vigor and abundance. He has already proposed the education as the priority administration policy. Another major policy is transforming Kinmen into a university island. Definitely, the vice mayor's abundant education experience of many years will help enhance cultivation of local talents, offer the best education services and create a culture creativity environment.
　 李沃士在致詞時表示，吳友欽多年來在高雄打拚，從事教育及社會福利工作，表現卓越，不止個人曾獲得師鐸獎，所服務過的學校也在他的領導下，帶來了改變與創新，頗受教育界肯定；李沃士說，金門引以為傲的是文風鼎盛，因此，縣政工作以教育為第一優先，以打造大學島為重要建設發動機，期盼教育界出身的吳友欽，協助為地方培育建設人才，服務鄉親，打造活力環境。

County Mayor praises vice mayor's extremely high moral and excellence in social relationship and working performance and his humble ideology. That is why he invited him to take this position. He guarantees that vice mayor is definitely the "Mr. Right". He also wishes that country administration efficiency can be further improved after his recruitment.
　 李沃士也推崇吳友欽的品德良好、待人處事謙卑，所以邀請吳友欽來出任副縣長一職，讓他有「深慶得人」感受，他也期許縣政的工作在吳友欽加入後，可以推動的更順利。

County mayor also appreciated for Chief Secretary Lu's hardworking in the past 1 year and 5 months. The Chief Secretary has fulfilled significant improvement. From now on, the position of vice mayor is no long vacant. They can cooperate together enhance county administration efficiency. Finally, he said after vice mayor's inauguration, he can arrange a trip holiday.
　 李沃士還特別感謝盧主秘在過去的一年五個月期間，對縣政的大力協助，相信往後「二個人的工作，由三個人來做」，應該會更順遂；最後，他也幽默的說，吳副縣長到任後，往後他總算可以安心的休個假。

County mayor he has close friendship with county and his father for decades. Surly vice mayor can help accelerate administration development and improvement. With county mayor and vice mayor's full cooperation and coordination, the administration performance and annual budget planning will be completed as soon as possible.
　 王再生表示，他與吳副縣長的父親是多年好友，相信縣政的推動在吳友欽的加入後，可以多增加一股力量，他也勉勵吳友欽可以扮演好縣長的分身，往後兩人一起來為金門努力，讓縣政的推動邁向新紀元，讓預算執行的效率可以達到百分百。

Vice mayor Wu indicated that he left Kinmen for studying since childhood. He has always aspired to serve for this homeland Kinmen. He is inexperienced with government administration. He will do his best for cooperation and coordination with county administration team. Kinmen will definitely enjoy prosperity in the next decade. He hopes to achieve excellent administration performance. He has also registered as a volunteer for this incoming festival. He wishes the county can succeed in Guinness World Record.
　 吳友欽表示，自己是以離鄉遊子的心情，返回日夜思念的家鄉服務；他雖是縣政新手，但是願以金門人熱忱、耐力的精神，加入縣政團隊，在金門關鍵黃金10年中，寫下亮麗篇章，締造更多金氏世界紀錄。

Vice mayor Wu also emphasized his greatest appreciation for county residents' passion. He will devote to achieve county administration improvement and efficiency. One of his most important mission is assisting county mayor in fulfilling some ambitious county projects.
　 吳友欽也強調，他會把對縣長與鄉親的無盡感謝化為具體行動，全心全力來襄助縣長，協助縣長完成宏觀的縣政擘劃與執行。

Vice Mayor Wu is a local Kinmen native and is 57 years old now. After graduating from Kinmen High School, he finished a bachelor and a master degree from National Kaohsiung Normal University. His excellent education working experiences include the principal for Kaohsiung City Hoping High School, Kaohsiung city Chishen Junior High School, private Dual-Liguistic School, the chairman for Kaohsiung City School Principal Association, and a volunteer consultant for Kinmen community, a manager director for Kaohsiung City T. B. Education Sponsorship and the chief executive for Kaohsiung Confusion Academic.
　 吳友欽57歲，金門縣人，國立金門高中、國立高雄師範大學學士及碩士畢業，曾任高雄市立和平國民中學校長、高雄市立七賢國民中學校長、私立優佳國際雙語學校校長、高雄市各級校長協會理事長、高雄市金門同鄉會副理事長；現任正修科技大學兼任講師、高雄市金門同鄉會榮譽理事長、金門社區大學顧問、社團法人高雄市泰北文教促進協會常務理事兼執行長、高雄市孔孟學會理事等職務。
