高普考101年將設金門考區

When inspecting the examination site for the Civil Service Special Examinations for Local Government Personnel in Penghu district, Guan, Zhong (關中), president of the Examination Yuan, declared that, in 2012, the Senior and Junior Civil Service Examinations and the Professional and Technical Junior Examinations for Tour Guides and Tour Managers will set up their Kinmen and Penghu examination districts to answer the need for a test site for local examinees (1) on the offshore islands. Magistrate Li, Wo-Shi considered this new change as a big Chinese New Year gift from Guan, Zhong to Kinmen, and expressed his special thanks to Guan.
考試院院長關中17日巡視99年地方特考澎湖考區時宣佈，101年的公務人員高考三級暨普通考試、專技人員普通考試導遊、領隊人員考試，將增設澎湖、金門考區，以方便當地應考人應試。金門縣長李沃士認為，這是院長關中給金門送來的一個大紅包，特別表示由衷感謝之意。

While in Penghu on December 17th, Guan, Zhong pointed out that recently many locals, representatives, and county government officials on offshore islands, such as Penghu and Kinmen, have been actively requesting that the Examination Yuan and Ministry of Examination setup national examination districts on the offshore islands. In response to these demands, after taking the human resources, financial spending, and offshore situations into consideration (2), the Ministry of Examination conferred (3) about revising the Regulations Governing Examination Sites this year to loosen (4) the present restrictions on setting up examination districts. Minister of the Ministry of Examination Lai, Feng-Wei (賴峰偉) stated that the ministry is currently tracing out (5) a plan for setting up national examination districts in Penghu and Kinmen for Senior and Junior Civil Service Examination and Professional and Technical Junior Examinations for Tour Guides and Tour Managers in 2012. According to the estimation, after the examination districts are established, each of the examinees from these islands may be able to save at least $NT 8,000 in transportation and accommodation costs.
關中17日在澎湖表示，近年來澎湖、金門等離島民眾、民意代表及縣政府，均積極向考試院及考選部爭取設置離島考區。為回應外界需求，考選部考量人力、經費及離島相關問題後，今(99)年研議修正國家考試考區設置原則，放寬離島設置考區的條件。考選部長賴峰偉則表示，考選部正針對101年高、普考以及導遊、領隊人員考試設置考區事宜展開規劃。設置考場後，估計澎湖、金門兩地參加前項考試的應考人，每人每次可因此省下至少八千元的交通及住宿費。
