縣府成立招商專案辦公室

Kinmen County Government specifically set up a "Kinmen County Investment Promotion Project Office" to actively attract and promote foreign investment, coordinate with the global business recruiting policy of the Central Government, provide firms with legal counsel on related laws, improve investment promotion efficiency, provide assistance for various investments to overcome hurdles (1) and obstacles. The goals for the Office are to establish an efficient investment promotion mechanism; create a pro-investment environment; provide overseas and domestic investors with comprehensive investment service throughout the whole investment process (to save the time they need for investment); increase the amount of total investments in Kinmen; and boost investment performance. Eventually, county government hopes that the setup of this Office will lead to the expansion of job opportunities and the prosperity of the local economy in Kinmen. The Economic Affairs Bureau indicated that the Chairman of the "Investment Promotion Project Office" will be held by the Magistrate, while the Vice-chairman will be held by the Deputy Magistrate. An "Investment Promotion Consulting Committee" will be established. In addition, under the Office, there will be three departments which will include the "Investment Promotion Project Center," "Investment Promotion Service Center", and "Investment Promotion Management Center".
　 縣府為積極招商引資，並配合中央提出的的全球招商政策，提供企業投資相關法令及諮詢服務工作、提高招商行政效率、協助克服各項投資障礙，特別成立「金門縣招商專案辦公室」，希望建立有效率之招商機制，營造優良投資環境，提供海內外投資人在金投資全程之服務，期藉此縮短投資者投資時程，增加對金門地區的整體投資金額，提昇投資績效，最終達成繁榮地方經濟及擴大就業機會之目標。縣府建設局並指出，「招商專案辦公室」將由縣長兼任召集人，副縣長兼任副召集人，成立「招商諮詢委員會」，並設「招商專案中心」、「招商服務中心」及「招商管理中心」等三部門。
