兩岸首次攜手合作推介金廈旅遊

Kinmen County Government and Xiamen Tourism Bureau organized a 45 person team, in which County Magistrate Li, Wo-Shih, Director Huang, Kuo-Bin and Deputy Director Yang, Fang-Ken of Xiamen Tourism Bureau led travel agents from Kinmen and Xiamen to hold promotional events in Nanchang, Changsha, Wuhan and Chongqing, hoping that propaganda by local travel agencies and media will attract residents in each province to travel to Kinmen and Xiamen.
金門縣政府與廈門市旅遊局聯袂組成45人團隊，由縣長李沃士、廈門旅遊局局長黃國彬、副局長陽方根等，率領兩門旅遊業者，前往南昌、長沙、武漢、重慶辦理旅遊推介會，期望透過當地旅遊業和媒體宣傳，吸引各省民眾前進金、廈，樂活悠遊。

The county government team led by Magistrate Li Wo-Shih arrived at Xiamen in the evening of July 16th, and took an early flight on the 17th to Nanchang, beginning its seven day tourism promotion itinerary. Before heading out to Nanchang, Magistrate Li, Wo-Shih met with Xiamen City Deputy Mayor Huang, Ling and exchanged opinions regarding cross-Strait tourism, Kinmen-Xiamen one day tour and free independent travel to Taiwan by Mainland tourists. They agreed that they had to bring good results for Kinmen-Xiamen tourism and hoped that the promotional events would attract tourists from more provinces to travel and experience Xiamen and Kinmen.
縣長李沃士率領縣府團隊，於七月十六日晚抵達廈門，七月十七日一早搭機抵達南昌，展開為期七天的旅遊推介行程。而在出發前往南昌之前，縣長李沃士也與廈門市政府副市長黃菱碰面，就兩岸旅遊、金廈一日遊、陸客自由行等交換意見，一致認可要做好金、廈旅遊，期許兩門藉此次推介行程，吸引更多各省遊客來廈門並遊金門，體驗兩門風光。

The Kinmen-Xiamen joint promotion team will visit four first-tier (1) cities in the order of Nanchang, Changsha, Wuhan and Chongqing, and hold promotional events targeting local travel agents with the purpose to introduce major tourism policies to local agencies and residents. Non-Fukien residents that are planning to temporarily stay in Xiamen may extend their travel from Xiamen to Kinmen for a one day tour as long as they complete the necessary procedures and enter and exit in groups.
金門廈門聯袂組團推銷旅遊活動，依序走訪南昌、長沙、武漢、重慶等四個一線城市，針對當地旅行業者、媒體辦理四場推介會，主要目的在第一時間將重大旅遊政策介紹給當地業者和民眾。針對計劃來廈暫住的非福建居民，經申請相關手續即可以團進團出，從廈門延伸到金門一日遊。

Kinmen County Government indicated that in the case of the four cities mentioned above, residents who travel to Xiamen in groups do not need to return to the place of their registered address if they wish to travel to Kinmen. All they need to do is apply for a temporary residence permit and pass to Taiwan at the Xiamen police office, after which they will be able to visit Kinmen for a one day tour in groups.
金門縣政府表示，以上述四城市為例，居民計劃來廈門旅遊，經組團赴廈門市旅遊，免回戶籍所在地，即可於廈門市公安單位辦理暫住證以及大通證（大陸居民往來台灣通行證），即可以團進團出方式，當天往返金門。

Kinmen County Government pointed out that to make travel more convenient, it has asked the central government several times to simplify application procedures and gained the central government's approval. Non-Fukien residents who apply to travel to Kinmen in travel groups now only need to provide their temporary residence permit, copy of the receipt for their pass to Taiwan and copy of their ID card, greatly reducing application procedures, thus allowing tourists from each province to fulfill their dream to travel to Kinmen.
金門縣政府也指出，為便利旅遊辦證，多次向中央爭取簡化措施，已獲同意，將放寬非福建省籍居民以團體旅遊方式申請到金門旅遊者，持大陸地區暫住證、大通證收據影本、大陸地區人民身分證影本等，透過旅遊社申請辦證來金門遊玩，大幅縮短辦證手續，將讓各省旅客可以實現到金門旅遊的夢想。

Kinmen County Government further explained that to attract more non-Fukien residents to stay temporarily in Xiamen and extend their travel for a one day tour in Kinmen, it has planned six travel routes for one day tourists to choose from, including Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor culture, duty free shopping, Southern Min romance, military experience, natural ecology and Taiwan scenery.
金門縣政府進一步說明，為吸引更多非福建居民到廈暫住延伸金門一日遊，縣府規劃金酒文化、免稅特惠、閩南風情、軍事饗宴、自然生態、台灣風情等六大旅遊路線供一日遊旅客選擇。

Especially noteworthy is that for one month starting today, non-Fukien residents who temporarily stay in Xiamen and visit Kinmen for a one day tour will receive a bottle of limited Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor, enjoy preferential (2) prices when shopping in Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc., be allowed to take four bottles of Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor back to China, and receive vouchers of NT$500 for buying NT$5,000 or NT$1,000 for buying NT$10,000 at Kingfond Duty Free Shop.
