免稅店設置評選六家過關

Kinmen County Government processed the appraisal (1) project of the application for issuing the establishment approval for the duty-free shops on off-shore islands. Nine practitioners (2) in total made their applications, in which six of them passed the first review and three others failed because of lacking the required documents. The county government convened (3) the appraisal panel meeting yesterday. Four excellent applicants would be selected, and each of their average score should not be less than 70. The appraisal result would be announced later.
金門縣政府受理申請核發離島免稅購物商店設置同意評選案，總共有九家廠商送件，其中有六家廠商初審結果合格、三家廠商證件不齊；縣府昨天召開評選工作小組會議，將評選出四家優勝廠商，總分平均不得低於七十分，評選結果將另行公告。

At 2:00 p.m. yesterday, the appraisal panel meeting, which was for the county government to issue the establishment approval for the duty-free shops in urban areas on off-shore islands, was convened at the First Conference Room in the county government. It was hosted by County Government Chief Secretary Lu, Jhih-Huei. Finance Bureau Director-General Huang, Jing-Shun and the appraisal commissioners participated in the appraisal work.
縣府核發市區離島免稅購物商店設置同意評選案工作小組會議昨天下午二時，假縣府第一會議室舉行，由縣府主任秘書盧志輝主持，財政局長黃景舜及評選委員與會參與評選工作。

According to the appraisal principle in the appraisal notice regarding the application for issuing the establishment approval for the duty-free shops on off-shore islands processed by the county government, four practitioners would be selected as the excellent duty-free shops in urban areas on off-shore islands (The county government could increase the number of the excellent shops depends on the space of the controlled area). However, the average score acquired by an excellent shop should not be less than 70. The appraisal commissioners would arrange the sequence of excellent shop according to their score. The appraisal result would be announced later.
根據縣府受理申請核發離島免稅購物商店設置同意評選須知中的評選原則，將從送件廠商中，評選市區離島免稅購物商店優勝廠商四家（縣府得視管制區空間，增加優勝廠商家數），但優勝廠商總分平均不得低於七十分。其評選委員則依評定之序位排序，評選結果另行公告。

Besides, in the stipulations (4) of the appraisal notice, the approved excellent shops should start their operations within six months, and hire more than 30 Kinmen residents. If not, and they fail again to make improvement within the timeframe, their approvals will be invalid according to the regulations.
另，評選須知規定獲縣府核發設置同意的優勝廠商，未於六個月內開業，以及營運期間廠商增加雇用金門地區員工未達三十人，經限期改善仍未達成，則依法廢止「同意」。
