視察水頭浮動碼頭工程李沃士盼速完工啟用

Kinmen County Magistrate Li Wo-Shi went to Shueitou Jetty yesterday, to conduct an on-the-spot investigation on the No. 3 Floating Jetty construction for Small Three Links, which is still under construction, and to understand the progress and current situation of the construction. At present, the entire construction is almost completed. Li Wo-Shi hoped that the construction unit can "finish the ending" more actively, so that it can be activated formally next month to improve and enhance the quality of transportation operation.
　 金門縣長李沃士昨天前往水頭碼頭，實地踏勘興建中的小三通3號浮動碼頭工程和瞭解施建進度和現況。目前，其整個工程已到快完成階段，李沃士希望工程單位能再加把勁「收尾」，於下個月正式啟用，改善和提升輸運作業品質。

At 9:00 a.m. yesterday, Li Wo-Shi, accompanied by County Government Confidential Secretary Yang Chung-Chiang and the personnel from Agency of Harbor, went to inspect the newly-built gallery at Shueitou Jetty as well as the No. 3 Floating Jetty construction for Small Three Links that is still under construction. Li Wo-Shi took a carful review on the construction progress and current situation of every construction.
　 李沃士是於昨天上午九時許，在縣府機要秘書楊忠強及港務處人員陪同，前往勘察水頭碼頭新建廊道及仍在施工中的小三通3號浮動碼頭工程；李沃士逐一的看取各項工程的施建進度和現況。

In the transportation during the Chinese New Year Holidays, the No. 3 Floating Jetty construction for Small Three Links was originally planned to be activated in part, for allowing travelers to go back to their hometowns for reunions. However, the entire air/marine transportation during the Chinese New Year Holidays worked smoothly this year, so it was merely kept for future use, said Li Wo-Shi. At present, the principal part of this construction has been completed, while the canopy, conveyer belt and pedestrian approach bridge are almost completed.
　 今年春運時，小三通3號浮動碼頭工程原本規劃局部使用，以因應旅客順利返鄉過年，李沃士表示，但今年的春運整個空海運輸工作滿順利的，所以是備而不用；目前，其工程主體已完成，在遮雨棚、輸送帶及人行引橋，也快完成了。

According to Li Wo-Shi, after the newly-built No. 3 Floating Jetty construction is activated, a planned separation for travelers' entries and departures at Shueitou Jetty will form. Entries and departures are separated, so that the entire route will not be chaotic. Also, as for the newly-added gallery, many more services can be provided in commercial service space. Thus, travelers can buy products and take a rest easily.
　 李沃士說，新建的3號浮動碼頭工程啟用後，對於水頭碼頭的旅客入出，就會有一個計畫性的分隔，出境與入境分流，整個的動線就不會造成紛亂。而，在新增的廊道部份，可以在商業服務空間多提供一點服務，來往旅客可以輕鬆的選購商品及休息。

In the future, the newly-built Shueitou No. 3 Floating Jetty is planned to serve as the jetty exclusive for traveler departures. The original No. 2 Floating Jetty is changed to serve as the jetty exclusive for traveler entries. The No. 1 Wuyuan Wharf Boat serves as the jetty in reserve. Besides, after the newly-built No. 3 Floating Jetty is activated, entries and departures of the travelers and the passenger boats for Small Three Links will be separated, so as to help the transportation operation.
　 未來，新建水頭3號浮動碼頭規劃做為旅客出境專用碼頭，原2號浮動碼頭改為旅客入境專用碼頭，1號五緣躉船則納為備用碼頭。而且，新建3號浮動碼頭啟用後，小三通客船和旅客將採入出分流，以利輸運作業。
