台灣美食伴手禮-高粱、麵線榜上有名

In order to promote Taiwan's specialties, the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Economic Affairs, hosted the "2010 Taiwan Specialties" contest. Out of 400 local specialties from all over the country, more than 30 products were chosen to represent Taiwanese specialty foods. Among these, the liquor produced by Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc. and Ma-Jia Noodles shone as the "pride of Kinmen." In the future, these Taiwanese specialties will make their way to the international market through the help of the American Institute in Taiwan.
經濟部商業司為推廣台灣美食，特別辦理「2010台灣美食伴手禮」徵選活動，從全國各地超過400件特產當中，評選出30多項可以代表台灣的特產，而金門酒廠生產的金門高粱酒與馬家麵線也脫穎而出，成為金門之光。未來這些台灣美食伴手禮將透過美國在台協會管道行銷到國際市場。

Mr. Ma, Zhi-Liang, Chairman of the award winning company, pointed out that Mai Jia Noodles have been passed down through three generations, and already have one-hundred years of history in Kinmen. No additives (1) are in the ingredients (2) used for the noodles, so the noodles are regarded as a low-sodium (3) health food. In addition to traditional noodles, Ma-Jia Noodles has also worked to combine local Kinmenese foods and new flavors, including Kaoliang, yams, sweet potatoes and other flavors. They have also developed a variety of sauces for the noodles, to provide customers with even more choices.
　 獲獎的馬家麵線董事長馬志亮指出，馬家麵線祖傳三代，在金門已有百年的歷史，在製作原料上，不添加任何添加物，屬於低鹽份的健康食品。除了傳統原味麵線之外，近年來馬家麵線也不斷開發能與金門當地農產品結合的創新口味，例如高粱、山藥、地瓜、蔬菜等口味。同時還開發各種醬料，與麵線搭配食用，讓消費者有更多選擇。
