進口種牛招標 第八次終於順利標出

The bulls importing project within the plans of utilizing distilled grains (1) to raise bulls in Kinmen attained desirable results on June 9th. In the 8th public bidding, Leiao Yi Industrial Co., Ltd. (陸誼實業) successfully won the bid with the lowest price of 39 million $NT dollars. Over 300 bulls are expected to be imported from Australia by the end of December. The Livestock Research Institute of Kinmen County stated that they will comply with related laws and regulations to safeguard the environment, and successively (2) use the low density method to feed, raise and gradually breed these bulls. If this project proves to be successful, they will propagate (3) their method to the local farmers and provide employment for the youth so that the local economy can thrive. They will also outsource their operation at the appropriate time in the future.
　 金門地區酒糟養牛計畫，進口種牛，經過七次流標9日傳來好消息。第八次公開招標，由陸誼實業股份有限公司得標，金額三千九百餘萬元，預計十二月底前自澳洲引進三百頭種牛。金門縣畜產試驗所表示，將會依法規做好環境維護，接續將採低密度飼養、育種，逐步繁殖並推廣給地區農戶，輔導青年就業，以繁榮地區經濟，並視時機成熟將研究委外經營。

Wong, Zi-Bao (翁自保), the head of the Livestock Research Institute of Kinmen County said that the plans of utilizing distilled grains to raise bulls in Kinmen cost a total of 467.14 million $NT dollars. He said that the bidding for the bull importing project was unsuccessful in the previous seven biddings. As the result of this year's bidding on June 9th, Leiao Yi Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid. By the end of the year, the Leiao Yi will import 300 bulls into Kinmen, which is a big step for the region's years-long bull-breeding plan. Wong, Zi-Bao also pointed out that considering the estimate of the total amount of the bidding, each bull, on the average, costs only 130,000 dollars.
　 金門縣畜產試驗所所長翁自保表示，金門地區酒糟養牛計畫，總經費為四億六千七百一十四萬元，其中，進口種牛一案，經過七次流標，今年6月9日第八次開標結果，由陸誼實業股份有限公司得標，年底將引進三百頭種牛，讓地區推動多年的養牛計劃跨出了一大步。翁自保也指出，按得標總金額估算，平均一頭牛約十三萬餘元。
