交旅局跨海強力促銷陸客自由行

In order to promote Kinmen tourism, Director of the County Government Transportation and Tourism Bureau, Yang Zhen-Wu (楊鎮浯), visited the director of the "Cross-strait Tourism Exchange Association, Taipei Office", Liu, Ke-Zhi, on the 15th. Yang invited Liu, Ke-Zhi to visit Kinmen to better understand the tourism environment. Yang also took the advantage of this visit to promote the opening of the individual mainland tourists to Kinmen.
金門縣政府交通旅遊局長楊鎮浯15日主動出擊，拜訪大陸地區駐台旅遊主管「海峽兩岸旅遊交流協會台北辦事處」主任劉克智，邀請他實地到金門參訪，了解旅遊環境，也為金門開放陸客自由行強力促銷。
As the cross-strait tourism consultation meeting was scheduled to be held in Hong Kong on the 17th, Yang, Zhen-Wu was worried that mainland authorities might misjudge (1) Kinmen's tourism conditions, and made it a point (2) to meet with Director Liu before the meeting. Yang, Zhen-Wu said that Kinmen is already prepared to welcome individual tourists from mainland China. He added, "Kinmen already has 20 hotels, namely 980 rooms that can house 2,264 guests. There are also 72 ancient and western houses that have been renovated (3) into bed and breakfasts that have a total of 321 rooms and the capacity to house up to 813 guests. Two new hotels will be opening next month, making it possible for Kinmen to accommodate (4) over 3000 guests a day." In addition to touring southern-Min Culture and battle field and historical relics, Kinmen also features duty-free shops in the city and at Shui Tou Port, where visitors can buy a few items and get returns for the real bargains (5). In addition, there are 42 daily ferries between Kinmen and Xiamen, Quanzhou, and 80 flights available between Kinmen and Taiwan, making it convenient for mainlanders to travel to Kinmen or to mainland Taiwan. As Yang, Zhen-Wu emphasized, "Kinmen has already opened its arms, warmly welcoming mainland individual tourists to enjoy the slow life and leisure, and to travel and experience the beauty of four seasons in Kinmen."
由於兩岸旅遊協商會議預定17日在香港舉行，楊鎮浯擔心陸方誤解金門的旅遊條件問題，特別趕在會前拜會劉克智。楊鎮浯表示，金門已經做好迎接陸客自由行的各項準備。他說，金門現有旅館二十家、計有九百八十個房間，可接待二千二百六十四名旅客；另有特色古厝及洋樓整建的民宿七十二處，三百二十一個房間，可接待八百一十三名旅客；下個月還有兩家飯店投入營運，總計每日可接待三千多名旅客住宿。金門除了閩南文化與戰役史蹟等觀光旅遊特色之外，還有市區免稅店及水頭碼頭的免稅精品店，陸客只要買幾件免稅品，其免稅差價，就可抵足旅費了。此外，金門與廈門、泉州每日小三通有四十二航次船班，金門與台灣本島每天飛機航班八十班，陸客來到金門旅遊或轉往台灣本島都很方便。楊鎮浯強調，金門已張開雙臂，熱誠歡迎大陸旅客到金門享受慢活、悠閒的旅遊，體會金門四季不同的美景。
