陸客自由行開跑金門端出優惠好禮

A pilot program allowing Chinese free independent travelers to officially visit Taiwan kicked-off on June 28th. Representatives of Kinmen County Government, led by deputy magistrate Wu,You-Qin (吳友欽), arrived at Xiamen on June 27 where they held a press conference. During the press conference, Kinmen's government officials introduced Kinmen's pilot program to attract Chinese free independent travelers, which includes the use of collected stamps to exchange for Kinmen's Kaoliang Liquor, and the provision (1) of preferential (2) treatment in meals, clothing, accommodation, and transportation. It is anticipated that through press conferences and media broadcasts in Xiamen, Kinmen and Xiamen will be able to cooperate on creating a vast market for self-guided tours.
陸客自由行6月28日開跑，金門縣政府27日由副縣長吳友欽率隊，赴廈門召開媒體說明會，介紹陸客來金門自由行好康方案，內容包括集戳換金門高粱酒，以及食、衣、住、行等四大項優惠。更期盼透過記者會，借重廈門媒體的傳播，讓金廈兩門攜手向前，共創未來自由行龐大市場。

Deputy magistrate Wu, You-Qin stated that Xiamen, Beijing and Shanghai have become the first pilot cities allowing independent travelers to visit Taiwan, a desired result of Xiamen's previous (3) efforts. Since Mini-Three-Links was launch in 2001, more than 6.7 million inbound and outbound passengers have entered and exited Taiwan. Kinmen and Xiamen have been brethren (4) islands since ancient times. It is anticipated that the two can cooperate together to create a vast market for mainlanders' self-guided tours.
副縣長吳友欽表示，廈門市與北京、上海成為第一批赴台旅遊的試點城市，足見廈門市的努力成果；而自九十年開辦小三通以來，已累計超過670萬餘人次入出境，這個空前的數字是金門與廈門共同創造出來的；自古金門、廈門就有兄弟島之稱，期盼兩門再次攜手，共創自由行龐大市場。

Wu, You-Qin also suggested that Kinmen's magistrate Li, Wo-Shi take the start of the self-guided tours for mainlanders very seriously. Aside from releasing the preferential treatment plan to attract mainland tourists, the county government held this press conference to introduce Kinmen. Wu hoped more Xiamen fellows can board the train of self-guided tours in Kinmen to enjoy the marine and battlefield landscape, southern-Min cultural relics, and bicycle tours.
吳友欽也表示，金門縣縣長李沃士非常重視陸客自由行的開跑，除推出好康方案希望吸引陸客上門外，也特別前來廈門辦理這場媒體說明會，希望更多廈門的好朋友能搭上自由行列車，來金門享受海濱生態、閩南古蹟、戰地風情、自行車遊覽等豐富內容。
