太武山擬設空中纜車   Regarding the feasibility to set up the Tai Wu Mountain cable car (1) system, and recruit investment, Kinmen County Government commissioned (2) a planning and design company to do an assessment and planning.  An assessment meeting was held to review the proposal on July 6th.  County Government Senior Executive Officer Li, Zeng-Cai (李增財) said that the attitude of the military is an essential key in the success of this case.  He asked both the Transportation and Tourism Bureau to be carefully selective of route planning, and present these options to the magistrate.  He also suggested considering the integration with the Culture Park Area, or Jin Gui Mountain as the ending point of the cable car.    針對太武山設置纜車系統以及鼓勵民間參與投資的可行性，金門縣政府委託廠商進行評估與規劃，6日並召開會議審查評估報告。縣府參議李增財認為，軍方態度是本案成敗的關鍵。他要求交通旅遊局針對廠商提出的纜車路線規劃審慎評選，擇期向縣長簡報；他也建議可考慮與文化園區結合，或以金龜山為纜車最終落地點。   The attending Kinmen National Park representatives said that Tai Wu Mountain belongs to the National Park scenic area, hence the plans for the cable car should be first reviewed and approved by the National Park Committee.  They also warned that the commissioned planning and design company should be aware of both the military fortresses on Tai Wu Mountain, and the construction restrictions and requirements of that area.   與會的國家公園管理處代表表示，太武山屬國家公園特別景觀區，要設置纜車，其工程量體必須經國家公園計畫委員會審核；他也提醒，太武山為軍方要塞堡壘地帶，還有軍事禁限建等規定，規劃單位應搞清楚。   Director-General of the Transportation and Tourism Bureau, Yang, Zhen Wu, reminded the commissioned company that the designated (3) routes and sites for this cable car system should be using public land.  It is estimated that the riding of these cable cars will not be the only reason for tourists to visit Kinmen, therefore, he suggested that an integrated marketing campaign be created and wrap the planning of the cable cars system into existing traveling routes.  He also suggested that the battle field and ecology elements be integrated into the design of the cable cars stations.   交通旅遊局長楊鎮浯也提醒規劃單位，纜車路線及相關用地以公有土地為主；他認為，遊客不會因纜車而專程來金門旅遊，建議應規劃整體行銷包裝，並與旅遊路線結合，場站的設計最好能融入戰地或生態元素的設計。   In their report, the planning company referred to the drafted route from Sha Mei Station to Tai Wu Mountain Station as an example of preliminary (4) planning.  According to plans, the cable car route will total 2,516 meters in length, have 46 cars (each having eight seat capacity), and take about 12 minutes and 25 seconds for a one way trip.  Engineering costs are estimated to be $585 million NT.    規劃單位在報告中以沙美站到太武山站為例，先做初步規劃。根據規劃，纜車路線全長約二千五百一十六點二一公尺，預計設置八座的車廂四十六個，單程旅行時間在十二分二十五秒左右。工程經費估算為新台幣五億八千五百多萬元。   【註解】   ●1. cable car-纜車。諸如香港昂坪360度高空纜車，或香港海洋公園裡的纜車，都稱為cable car。澳洲的凱恩斯纜車則刻意加上"aerial" cable car，指「高空」纜車。   ●2. commission-(vt)委託；委任。   ●3. designate-(vt)指定；選定；委派。   ●4. preliminary-(adj)初步的；初期的。 本文摘譯、改寫自《金門日報》2011年7月7日報導

地區水源不足水質不佳監委希望經濟部配合改善   Controller Zhou, Yan-Shan (周陽山) and Yu, Teng-Fang (余騰芳) arrived in Kinmen on April 21st to inspect the water shortage and the poor water quality.  They demanded that the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MEA) help Kinmen with the expansion of the Seawater Desalination (1) Plant, accelerating pioneering planning of water supply from Mainland China, and facilitating the merger of the Kinmen Water Plant and Taiwan's Water Corporation.  Controllers expected that the water crisis in Kinmen can be solved by the adoption of these measures. 　 監察委員周陽山及余騰芳21日抵金視察金門地區自來水不足及水質不佳等問題，他們要求經濟部應積極協助金門擴建海淡廠，加速大陸引水的先期作業，推動金門水廠與台灣自來水公司合併等，以改善金門自來水問題。   Controller Zhou, Yan-Shan and Yu, Teng-Fang presided over a meeting in the county government at noon on April 21st to discuss the relevant issues concerning the water shortage and the unsatisfactory water quality in Kinmen.  They also listened to briefings from the Water Resources Agency, MEA, Taiwan Water Corporation, Environmental Protection Agency, and the county government. 　 針對金門自來水水源不足，水質不佳等問題，監察委員周陽山及余騰芳21日中午在縣府主持一項會議，討論相關議題，並聽取經濟部水利署、台灣自來水公司、環保署及縣府的簡報。   Controller Yu, Teng-Fang and Zhou, Yang-Shan respectively expressed their views on the issue of "water supply from Mainland China."  Both of them thought that once the import of water from Mainland China into Kinmen was in place (2), the water crisis in Kinmen would be resolved.  Until then, the expansion of the Seawater Desalination Plant would not be needed.  Besides, Kinmen will open itself to individual mainland travelers for self-guided tours starting June 1st.  Also, if the casino proposal is eventually approved in the referendum (3), the water consumption would increase dramatically.  The controllers indicated that before it's possible to import water from Mainland China, seawater desalination would be the most important water source in Kinmen.  They demanded that the MEA provides aid according to Kinmen's needs.  Concerning the merger (4) of Kinmen's water plant and Taiwan's Water Corporation, the controllers had asked the MEA to set up a communication channel, and to become actively involved in the negotiation on the related affairs.  　 監委余騰芳與周陽山分別對「大陸引水」一案表示意見。兩人認為，只要大陸引水成功，金門的水問題就迎刃而解，甚至海淡廠也不必建了。金門六月一日起將開放大陸觀光客來金自由行，萬一未來博奕公投通過，用水量勢必激增。監委們指出，在大陸原水未能引進之前，海淡水將是金門重要的水源。要求經濟部應配合金門需求提供協助。針對金門水廠與台灣自來水公司合併一案，監委要求經濟部設置聯繫窗口，介入溝通協調。   During the meeting, Magistrate Li, Wo-Shi mentioned several problems faced by the Kinmen County including the stratum (5) subsidence (6) caused by depletion (7) of groundwater, and the unsatisfactory water quality in the Kinmen reservoir.  Deputy Minister Lin, Sheng-Zhong (林聖忠) also confessed that there is a gap between the plans of the Water Resources Agency and the policies of Kinmen.  They will do more research and try to make up for the apparent deficiency.  Concerning the import of water from Mainland China, Lin, Sheng-Zhong also expressed that according to the assessment, it is highly feasible.  Nevertheless, the cross-strait policy issue would still be a main concern.  Lin will report to the high-level authorities in the Executive Yuan and determine the appropriate timing to facilitate this project. 　  經濟部次長林聖忠則當場回覆縣長李沃士在會議中所提地下水超抽導致地層下陷及金門水庫水質不佳等問題。他坦承，經濟部水利署的計畫與金門縣的政策還是有一段落差，將研究設法彌補。有關大陸引水問題，林聖忠也說，就評估報告而言，可行性頗高，但主要考量還是兩岸政策問題，將向行政院高層報告，選擇適當時機來推動。   【註解】   ●1. desalination-(n)化學上的去鹽作用。也就是所謂的海水「淡化」。   ●2. in place-已經備妥隨時可用，或已生效、已經開始使用。   ●3. referendum-(n)公民投票。   ●4. merger-(n)公司的合併。   ●5. stratum-(n)地層。   ●6. subsidence-(n)沈澱。這裡指地層下陷。   ●7. depletion-(n)消耗、用盡。 本文摘譯、改寫自《金門日報》2011年4月22日報導

李縣長訪衛生署  催生金門國際醫療園區   Magistrate Li, Wo-Shi visited the Department of Health (DOH), Executive Yuan on March 15th to ask for its aid in the establishment of the "International Medical Park" in Kinmen as well as the facilitation (1) of the establishment of a large scale medical center of their Kinmen branch.  This is expected to improve the medical treatment in the Kinmen area.  Magistrate Li also consulted the head of DOH, Qiu, Wen-Da (邱文達), for his advice on the county government's purchase of helicopters for the purpose of medical evacuation. 　 縣長李沃士15日拜會行政院衛生署長邱文達，促請協助金門設立「國際醫療園區」，推動大型醫學中心設立金門分院，以提升金門地區醫療水準。李縣長也就金門縣政府是否自購直升機辦理病患緊急後送作業，請教署長意見。   Qiu stated that the DOH took the healthcare problem of offshore residents seriously and would provide as much assistance as possible.  Magistrate Li, on behalf of Kinmen county residents, initiated a petition that urges the establishment of the Kinmen branches of both the Veterans General Hospital (VGH), and the National Cheng Kung University Hospital (NCKUH).  In response, Qiu pointed out that VGH is currently engaged in the merging (2) of its different branches around the country.  The DOH-owned hospitals in the newly reorganized five municipalities (3) also intended to turn themselves into a municipal facility.  Qiu promised that after the merging of these hospitals, further study on the establishment of the Kinmen branches would be made.   It is alleged that the construction of the Kinmen Hospital United Medical Building will be completed at the end of next year, within which, an "Advanced Health Examination Center" will be planned on the sixth floor.  For this purpose, the Kinmen County Government is seeking for the cooperation of Taiwanese large-scale medical organizations.  Aiming at improving Kinmen's medical quality, the county hopes it can acquire the help from DOH in the establishment of a Kinmen branch of VGH or NCKUH.  In addition, Kinmen currently is striving for the establishment of a six-hectare International Medical Park.  At present, the planning, as well as the acquisition of land and evaluation of environment impact for this project, are all completed.  It is anticipated that the DOH can assist Kinmen with the acceleration of amendments for the related medical laws.  Regarding the lack of response in the bid-invitation for Kinmen's medical evacuation operation, county government also hopes to obtain the assistance of the DOH.  To better visualize the goals mentioned above, Magistrate Li made this special visit to the DOH and major domestic medical organizations accompanied by related county government officers.   Concerning the establishment of an "International Medical Park", Shi, Chong-Liang (石崇良), the Director of Medical Affairs Division of DOH, praised the county government for its efficiency.  He thought that with the efficiency demonstrated by the county government, this project in Kinmen could very likely be approved and become the first of its kind in the country.   Director of Nursing Care Division Deng, Su-Wen (鄧素文) said that the patients with acute (4) diseases and illnesses would need medical evacuation and be sent to hospitals in Taiwan for appropriate treatment.  In the past, there were several medical experts who suggested that the offshore local government purchase helicopters on its own.  However, since the civil aviation industry has put the cost as its first priority, it is unwilling to allow planes to reside at offshore islands.  This is the reason for the lack of response in previous bid-invitations for medical evacuation made by the Kinmen County Government.  Director Deng expressed her concurrence with the proposal of the county government to purchase a helicopter on its own.   Magistrate Li and the head of Kinmen Public Health Bureau Chen, Tian-Shun said that last year the county government spent more than 10 million NT dollars employing helicopters to execute the "Home Return for Hospice (5) Patient" operation.  In addition, it spent more than 20 million NT dollars (including the subsidy from the DOH) for the execution of 52 medical evacuation operations.  They thought these 30 million NT dollars should be sufficient for the maintenance and management fee of the self-purchased helicopter.  Magistrate Li emphasized that this can be a matter of life and death, and people's lives are priceless.  As long as it can help to save one Kinmense fellow's life in time, it would be worth spending 100-200 million NT dollars on purchasing helicopters.  Nevertheless, Li pointed out, the final decision in this matter would require further communication with the county council and explanation to the local residents to gain their genuine support. 一週大事03/07～03/13   ●Army and Local Residents Participate in Arbor Day Celebration   ●植樹節軍民種樹護家園   Nearly one thousand people including local residents and the military joined the Arbor Day Celebration held on March 12th by the county government at the Bull Farm owned by the Livestock Research Institute.  County Magistrate Li, Wo-Shi said that the increasing rate of natural disasters was a sign to human kind.  By hosting this event, the county government would like to deliver the message that economic growth and environment protection can coexist (1) and even complement (2) each other.  He also hoped that a type of "Project Hope" would reach into all communities, where everyone plants a tree, preserves the environment, and saves the earth.   金門縣12日在畜試所的種牛牧場舉行植樹節活動，上千位軍民一同動手植樹造林。縣長李沃士表示，全球天災頻仍，正是最好的借鏡，縣府透過植樹活動，宣示經濟開發與土地保育可以相輔相成，也希望這項「希望工程」能深入各社區，人人植樹做環保，愛地球。   ●To Promote Enrollment, NQU Announced Three Student Welfare Strategies   ●金大招生釋出三大利多   On March 10, National Quemoy University (NQU) held their first ever Enrollment Press Conference.  NQU brought up three student welfare strategies which included the following: "Share The Pathway"-sharing resources among NQU, XMU, and NCKU; offering the most subsidies and highest number of scholarships in the country; and providing training opportunities through courses from IE Academy, a Foxconn Group founded institution.  With all these benefits, NQU hopes to attract and enroll more excellent students.  NQU President Li, Jin- Zhen (李金振) said they hope to achieve satisfying results in this initial NQU student recruiting as the preparation for this upgrade has been ongoing for the past 13 years.   國立金門大學10日召開首屆金大招生記者會，提出三大利多，包括「金廈成功之路」（金大、廈大、成大）校際資源共享、全國最高的獎勵補助，以及鴻海IE學院培訓等優惠措施，希望吸引一流學生到金大就讀。校長李金振表示，國立金門大學已經準備了十三年，希望升格改制後的首屆招生能贏在起跑點上。   ●County Government Takes an Inspection Tour to Taoyuan, Hoping to Bring Back its Successful Experiences   ●縣府赴桃縣取經  盼帶回成功經驗   In order to attract business investment to Kinmen more effectively, Kinmen County Government recently organized an inspection tour to Taoyuan County.  On March 10, they went to Datan Industrial Park, and Taoyuan International Baseball Stadium, etc. with the hope of bringing back valuable and successful experiences in Taoyuan.  The development of an industrial area has always been a weak area for Kinmen, said Magistrate Li, Wo-Shi.  Therefore, Taoyuan's success is worth learning.  He also thinks that in order to push forward BOT project, the county government must lawfully create enough economic value to attract competitive investors.  Also, he suggests that an enterprise management pattern should be adopted while administrating the government.  Besides, the profits earned by KKL should not be the only financial resource of the Kinmen County Government.  More diversified resources should be developed.  Magistrate Li felt that the Taoyuan Development Foundation is a good example for Kinmen to follow to establish its own Tourism Development Foundation that will help pave the way for further developing the local tourism industry. 　 金門縣政府為加強招商引資，特別組成訪問團前往桃園縣交流，10日走訪大潭工業區、青埔國際棒球場等處，希望將成功經驗帶回金門。李沃士表示，開發工業區是金門的弱項，桃園縣的成功經驗值得學習。他認為，BOT案的推動，在不違法的前提下，必須有市場性（能讓市場接受），才能吸引好的廠家進駐。他也表示，縣府應朝企業化經營！不能僅靠金酒盈餘，還要擴充財源。像桃園成立開發基金會就很值得學習。未來金門可以考慮仿效成立觀光發展基金會，加強推動金門的觀光發展。   ●Offshore Island Forest Plantation Project Involved Fraud Committed by Taiwanese Governors   ●離島造林工作驚爆台籍官員集體舞弊   On March 9, Chief Prosecutor Zhou Shiyu (周士榆) of the Kinmen Prosecutor's Office, ordered over one hundred law enforcement members to execute search warrants in 19 areas including Taipei, Pintung, and Penghu.  A total of 13 governors and forest plantation business owners were taken back for further investigation.  Among them, four governors from the Forestry Bureau of the Council of Agriculture and seven business owners were held in detention (3).  This case is now under a more conclusive investigation by the Prosecutor's Office.   金門、澎湖、琉球等離島造林工作，驚爆官商勾結集體貪污弊案！金門地檢署主任檢察官周士榆9日指揮上百名檢調人員同步搜索台北、屏東、澎湖等十九個處所，帶回13名涉案官員與造林業者進行偵訊，其中農委會林務局4名官員及7名造林業者聲押獲准，全案由檢調擴大偵辦中。  【註解】  ●1. coexist-(vi)共存。  ●2.complement-(vt)與～相互補充、互補。  ●3. detention-(n)拘留。

讓小三通更順暢 監委建議擴建水頭碼頭   Controllers Ge, Yong-Guang(葛永光) and Chen, Yong-Xiang(陳永祥) visited Kinmen on February 25th to inspect the Emergency Response Measures for Runway Closure (1) at the Kinmen Airport during fog season, as well as the boarding procedure for Mini-Three-Links passengers.  Ge thinks that there is still room to improve the hardware equipment for the Mini-Three-Links.  He also suggests reviewing the current flat (2) rate system in order to bring down the ferry ticket fare, and to consider the cancellation of the harbor cleaning fee.  The goal is to improve the process flow (3) of Mini-Three-Links and enhance the overall competition ability.   監察委員葛永光、陳永祥二人，25日履勘金門機場濃霧關場作業、應變措施及金門小三通旅客搭機往返作業流程，葛永光表示，小三通硬體設備有待加強，同時提議檢討單一票價制、調降船票價格，並考慮取消碼頭清潔費，以提升競爭力，讓小三通動線更順暢方便。   Control Yuan is now on-going (4) with the investigation of the "Traffic Issues Caused by Heavy Fog in Kinmen and Matsu Area" case.  On February 25th, Ge and Chen were accompanied by several officers from the Civil Aeronautics Administration, MOTC, Kinmen County Government, and Kinmen Airport in their inspection of the Emergency Response Measures for Runway Closure at the Kinmen Airport during fog season, as well as the Boarding Procedures for Mini-Three-Links passengers and the operation to and from the harbor and the Airport.   監察院調查「金馬地區濃霧交通問題案」。25日上午十時葛永光、陳永祥由交通部民航局、縣府、金門航空站官員陪同，履勘金門機場濃霧關場作業、應變措施及水頭碼頭旅客搭機往返作業流程。   Ge said that there has been constant criticism on the overpricing of Mini-Three-Links ferry ticket fare among Taiwanese who work in China.  There are currently three routes all of which charge the same fare of 650 NT for a ferry ticket plus 100 NT for a harbor cleaning fee even though the three routes are not exactly the same in terms of length.  Ge pointed out that while determining the pricing of these services, it is very important to make it reasonable and fair for all civilians.  If the government is to (5) take care of those offshore island residents, a compensation plan or a benefit plan on the pricing issue would be a better alternative. 　 葛永光表示，台商迭有反映小三通船票價格過高，現有三條航線，距離遠近不同，但收費卻是同樣單程新台幣650元，還要付100元碼頭清潔費。葛永光表示，票價對每位國民都應該公平，政府要照顧離島居民，可由金門縣政府另外補貼處理票價優惠措施較妥。   On the other hand, Chen suggested considering the cancellation of the Harbor Cleaning Fee.  Since the cleaning procedure is meant to be a regular part of the maintenance procedure of the harbor, there is no reason to charge the passengers for it.  Removing this additional charge from the fare will also have a positive effect on the tourism industry. 　 有關碼頭清潔費，陳永祥認為可考慮取消，因場地清潔的維持是本來就應該做的，不能說收了清潔費才要做，況且與發展觀光有關，不應另外收錢，以提升競爭力。   Ge and Chen also mentioned the concerns of inadequate hardware equipment and harbor capacity.  It is necessary to continue the Shuitou Harbor extension construction.  Also, for the convenience of all passengers and for the cause of local development, the linkage between the airport and the port should be made.  Ge suggested that if the fog is dense enough to cause runway closure at the Kinmen airport, the planes could take Xiamen as a take-off alternate (6) instead.  The relevant parties should continue further discussion over this subject for a more detailed proposal. 　 葛永光和陳永祥也提到現有港埠設施和量體不足，有必要擴建水頭碼頭，而且機場和碼頭無論如何都要設法連接起來，讓旅客方便出入。葛永光也建議，霧鎖金門時，若無法在金門降落，可考慮轉降廈門機場，至於細節有待雙方協商。 【註解】   ●1. runway closure-關場。機場的關場可以分為機場整體運       作全部停止，以及因天候等因素而導致的跑道封閉。此     處指的是後者，因此譯為runway closure。   ●2. flat-(adj.)平坦的；單調的。此處指（票價、費率）單一     的、均一的。   ●3. process flow-流程。亦即原文中所指的動線。   ●4. on-going-(adj.)正在進行的。   ●5. be to-即將、有計畫去～（做某事）。   ●6. take-off alternate-備降機場。 本文摘譯、改寫自《金門日報》2011年2月26日報導

廈門公安破獲偽造金酒集團   According to the report of Xiamen Daily News, Xiaman police have resolved the large-scale unauthentic counterfeiting (1) of Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor in an illegal distillery (2) in the Huli District on February 22nd.  The suspects used the low-quality bulk (3) Chinese liquors to falsify (4) the products from Kinmen and Matsu.  Around 2000 bottles of unauthentic liquor were found at the scene along with nearly 10,000 various labels printed with fake trademarks.  The police arrested ten suspects.  The entire case is being investigated in accordance with the related decree (5).  After hearing the news, Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor, Inc. (KKL) sent a special agent to the crime scene to learn about the situation so that related data and information could be collected.  KKL will wait for the PRC's Bureau of Public Safety and Bureau of Industrial and Commercial Affairs' notification to determine the authenticity of the liquor.    根據廈門日報提供的訊息，廈門警方22日在湖里區破獲大規模偽造金門高粱酒的地下工廠，嫌犯以劣質大陸散裝白酒混充台灣金門、馬祖的高粱酒，現場起出仿製酒近2000瓶，各類偽製標籤近10萬套，逮捕嫌犯10人，全案正依相關法令偵辦中。金酒公司獲得訊息隨即派員深入瞭解，同時蒐集相關資料，將等候大陸公安局、工商局通知，會同檢驗辨識真假。 In January, the Xiamen police received a report stating there was a rallying point for the production of fake liquor in MaXiang Township, Xiangan.  After one month of investigation, the police gradually apprehended (6) the basic condition of the gang (7).  On February 22nd, the police stormed (8) into the illegal distillery, tracked down and seized a set of 1,678 bottles of fake liquor including "Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor" and "88 Tunnel" and also 600 kilograms of bulk Chinese liquors used to produce the counterfeit ones.  A gang of five led by a 31-year-old Chen, a Xiangan Magang native, were arrested at the scene.  What was especially noticeable was that they didn't use the drinkable alcohol to mix and produce the fake liquor.  Instead, they purchased the bulk Chinese liquors from other distilleries in Henan Province to fill the bottles.    今年一月，廈門警方接獲舉報，翔安馬巷鎮有一處製販假酒的「窩點」。經過一個月的偵查，警方逐步摸清了該集團基本情況。22日上午11點多，警方直擊該地下工廠，查獲假冒「金門高粱酒」和「八八坑道」等相關系列酒品共1678瓶，起出用於灌裝的散裝白酒600公斤，當場逮捕以31歲翔安馬巷人陳○祥為首的團夥成員5人。比較特殊的是，他們並非以食用酒精勾兌酒品，而是從河南某白酒廠購買散裝白酒，再自己進行灌裝。    Meanwhile, the police swept into an unlicensed printing factory in Xiahushe, Huli, on Xiamen Island.  Thousands of fake alcohol trademarks were discovered and seized.  Five gangsters (9) led by 30-year-old Yu, a Longhai native, were also arrested.     同一時間，警方還衝擊了位於廈門島內湖里下湖社100號的一處地下印刷廠，起獲各類假冒酒類商標十萬餘個，並逮捕以30歲的龍海人餘○昌為首的5名歹徒。 The police stated that the entire gang utilized fake trademarks printed on Xiamen Island to counterfeit liquors outside the island.  Chen also ran a store specialized in selling unauthentic alcohol in MaXiang.  The whole gang consisted of ten people.  The fake liquors were sold in other cities in Fujian Province as well.  Value of the unauthentic alcohol amounted to more than 400,000 RMB. 警方表示，這個集團在廈門島內偽造商標，島外生產假酒，陳某還在馬巷開店專賣假酒。整個團夥10人，生產的假酒還遠銷福建省其他城市，涉嫌偽冒的假酒總值超過人民幣40萬元。 【註解】 ● 1. counterfeit-(vi.)偽造；仿冒。 ● 2. distillery-(n)釀酒廠。 ● 3. bulk-(adj.)散裝的、大量的。 ● 4. falsify-(vt.)偽造。 ● 5. decree-(n)法令；政令；命令。 ● 6. apprehend-(vt.)理解、領會。 ● 7. gang-(n)歹徒的一幫、一群。 ● 8. storm-(vt.)猛攻；襲取。 ● 9. gangster-(n)歹徒。 本文摘譯、改寫自《金門日報》2011年2月24日報導
